Lots of character! Let it warm up to enjoy the full range of flavors. Strong waves of dehydrated pineapple, tangerine from the aroma continue in the taste. Rosy fleshed dragon fruit dominates through the experience. Bitterness sneaks in right at the finish to hint at the Double IPA style. Deceptively easy for 8%. Ahoy me mateys! Today we be hunting a delicious beastly Double IPA with a treasure chest of fruity flavors. First we set sail to the isle of El Dorado hops, with the bounty of pineapple flavor notes. Then onto the sea of Citra hops, blazin’ with citrus aromas. Hold onto yer booty, for beyond there lie a fruity monster in the deeps… Omega Star Party! Keep yer wits around this new strain of yeast flavor that’s richer than the Queen’s ransom – imparting passion fruit, guava, grapefruit and peach – that dance on ye tongue like a band of merry pirates! Fear not, this precious grog is balanced with pilsner and oat malts to add a light body and smoothness like the calm before the storm. Let’s raise a tankard to this fine occasion and toast to the years gone by.
