TASTING NOTES
Tropical. Pineapple and basil (floral herbaceousness), mango. Its a punchy one. Hoppy but also fruity from other sources.
👅 HMMM, THAT TASTES LIKE… Pineapple. Moderate bitterness sweeping away loads of tropical fruits, think papaya and mango. The hop bitterness is in the middle. Then there is a bright citrus note followed by a citrus pith bitterness at the swallow. Clean finish. 😋 THERE’S A PARTY IN MY MOUTH! Medium level of carbonation. Medium body that creates a slightly creamy character letting you enjoy all of the flavors on offer. 🍻 TL;DR Medium level of carbonation. Medium body that creates a slightly creamy character letting you enjoy all of the flavors on offer.-Matt Akin, Head Brewer
LABEL TEXT
Lovingly named after a warm-hearted and long bearded volunteer crossing guard, Crossing Wizard West Corner IPA has been a huge hit at our Miramar & Leucadia tasting rooms. Much like the namesake who gives happy waves to passing cars, this thiolized IPA brings smiles to people at first taste. This delicious recipe has clean bitterness, balanced character and is a West Coast IPA lover’s go-to. Hand waves of grapefruit cross your palate first with little pitter patters of pineapple toddling behind. Slow down to a safe speed and be fully aware as you enjoy this precious IPA in a glass. Enjoy!
