TASTING NOTES
HOW’S IT LOOK?
Bright, brilliantly clear yellow body with a solid white head perched on top.
WHAT AM I SMELLING?
Hints of corn, with support from a subdued earthy hop note. Very mellow aroma overall - it is clean and inviting.
HMMM, THAT TASTES LIKE…
The malt is lightly bready - like the inside of a baguette and a touch of sweetness from the malt. It is balanced with the lightest touch of German Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops in the flavor. Right before the finish the corn flavor pops up reminiscent of regional comfort foods like hominy or polenta. The finish is clean and crisp. This is beer flavored beer.
THERE’S A PARTY IN MY MOUTH!
This is a dry beer with a lively carbonation keeping those flavors dancing across the palate.
