San Diego Beer News is turning 6, and we’re celebrating with a very special guided tasting at Duck Foot.

Join SD Beer News founder Brandon Hernández and Duck Foot Head Brewer Matt Akin for five beers, including Under the Table Beer, our 15% Belgian-style Quintuple collaboration brewed to celebrate six years of SD Beer News.

But this isn’t your typical guided tasting.

After pouring the beers, we’re sitting down with Brandon and Matt and opening up the floor. Want to know how Under the Table came together? Curious what goes on behind the scenes of the San Diego beer scene? Wondering how a beer gets made, why a brewer makes certain choices, or what it’s really like covering the industry?
