ABV: 5% Tart Imperial Berliner Weisse with Raspberry
ABV: 7.4% This hazy brew is a blend of New Zealand's Motueka hop and America's Citra. Like an overcast coastal morning, this IPA pours hazy then beams through with a golden and sunny hop aroma. Notes of melon, passion fruit and lychee mingle with an overall citrusy character.
ABV: 4.8% Coffee and cream, roasted malts, saddle leather, light-bodied.
ABV: 6.5% Coconut, moderate hop bitterness, Simcoe/Amarillo/Mosaic hops.
ABV: 5% Perfectly suited to teaming up with fruit, we took our "Imperial" version of this sour and refreshing wheat beer and added over 200lbs. of tart Montmorency Cherries. Though still light-bodied at 5% ABV, the combination of fruit and sour make for an immensely quaffable beer with loads of flavor.
ABV: 8.3% Our biggest, darkest, maltiest beer yet. Should you dare, you’ll be rewarded with intense notes of bittersweet chocolate, espresso, roasted malts, dried fruits and blackstrap molasses. But exactly what is a Ukrainian Imperial Stout? It’s like a Russian Imperial Stout, but with less Putin.
ABV: 9% London is calling and it says drink more Duck Foot. And it turns out so do the 2017 San Diego International Beer Festival Judges who awarded the London Calling a gold medal! For this big beer, we took our Chocolate Hazelnut Porter recipe and cranked everything up to 11. Twice the cocoa, twice the hazelnuts and a lot more dark and roasted malts make this a dangerous but delicious drink.
ABV: 5% Taken directly from authentic Czech Pilsner recipes, this beer will quench your thirst with its super clean, crisp finish, its soft and round yet complex malt flavor and its prominent but smooth bitterness. Sublime in its simplicity, we brew this beer exclusively with European Saaz hops and German Pils malt. Na zdraví!
ABV: 5.0% IBU: 16 SRM: 4.5 (Pale Yellow) The Duck Foot version of the classic American Blonde Ale. Brewed with combination of pale and caramelized malts, this beer finishes light and refreshing yet is full in flavor. The use of Citra hops gives it a light floral citrus aroma to complement the crisp and refreshing taste.
ABV: 6.9% IBU: 16 SRM: 6.5 (Light Gold) American Golden Ale, brewed with California Orange Blossom Honey. Honey is the focus of this offering from start to finish. This light refreshing ale is brewed with locally sourced Orange Blossom Honey to create a truly unique beverage. Notes of honey, orange, and citrus dominate the aroma. Upon tasting, the sweetness of the honey shines through yet again, but with a dry and refreshing finish. A very easy drinking ale for any day of the year. Pairs best with sunshine and warm ocean breezes.
ABV: 6.5% IBU: 68 SRM: 5.5 (Pale-Gold) Our West Coast IPA is both light and refreshing and big on flavor and aroma. Coming in at 6.5%, we rounded the body with Caramelized malts to balance out the bitterness from our kettle hops. Once fermentation is complete we blast it with a generous amount of Simcoe hops (in the dry hop) to give it a combination of citrus and pine aroma and flavor. A very drinkable beer brewed to the West Coast Style of IPA.
Double White IPAABV: 8.6% IBU: 95 SRM: 4.5 (Pale-White) A hybrid of a White Ale and West Coast IPA and supersized for your drinking pleasure. This Double IPA is brewed with Wheat to give it a pale white color and a slight sweetness in the finish. At its core this is a hop forward beer, bitter and heavily dry-hopped with a combination of Centennial, Cascade, and Citra hops. This blend of hops imparts a full citrus and pine aroma. A deceivingly drinkable beer despite its high alcohol content.
We proudly fill Duck Foot branded growlers (sold in the tasting room) as well as blank growlers constructed of stainless steel or colored glass and designed to hold pressure. We will fill blank growlers in the following sizes: 32 oz., and 64 oz. Please try to make sure that growlers brought in for filling are well-cleaned (the beer tastes better this way).
Special releases and seasonal beers may not be available for growler fills (check our current list of beers on tap).
Unfortunately we cannot fill growlers that are branded with another brewery’s logo.
