DESCRIPTION:Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create your own fresh sushi rolls like a pro? You are in for a special treat! \nIn this highly interactive and hands-on class\, the Chef will let you in on tips and tricks of making delicious sushi rolls\, from preparing the perfect sushi rice\, cutting the fresh ingredients properly\, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations – a roll featuring Tuna or Salmon\, a California Roll\, and a “catch of the day” which will make use of fresh\, locally sourced fish and sustainable ingredients. You are invited to let your creativity flow and try rolling with seaweed both inside and out and mix and match different ingredients to develop your own unique edition. \nNo experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients\, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive\, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). \nPlease arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Aprons will be provided for you to use throughout class. Our venue partner\, Duckfoot Brewing will have a wonderful selection of pours waiting for you. Please note that drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in your ticket price. Outside drinks are not available. \n
