That’s alright\, still feel free to join us for a night filled with entertaining performances\, and sets by our talented hosts who rotate weekly! \nWe’ll kick it off with 15 minutes of music from our host\, then open it up for guests to play\, then close it down with 15 minutes of their music at the end. \nThis weeks host is Cobby Brzeski. \nCobby is a multi-genre\, multi-instrumental musical artist and songwriter originally from Naples\, Florida\, and is now based in San Diego\, CA. Cobby’s firm grasp of harmony\, playful melody writing\, and charming voice has created a fresh environment for jazz to shine. Cobby is also versed in a wide variety of musical genres ranging from Indie-Acoustic\, R&B\, Pop\, Funk\, and more. Described as a vintage girl in a modern world\, Cobby’s music possesses a natural gift for sensitive\, relatable storytelling and is a blend of influences from Ella Fitzgerald\, Helen Forrest\, The Andrew Sisters and others\, twisted with modern influences like Jason Mraz\, Cyrille Aimee\, and Post Modern Jukebox. Cobby has performed her music all over the East Coast\, California and has been gaining recognition as an emerging artist. \nOpen Mic Night is presented in association with Bardic Management and the San Diego Music & Art Company
