Sassy Tart

Imperial Berliner Weisse with Montmorency Cherries

Who doesn’t love a traditional sessionable sour Berliner Weisse? Well, we took that classic style and amplified it – hence the “Imperial” moniker. Higher alcohol, an assertive-yet balanced sourness, extra depth, and a slightly sweet and rosy hue from the addition of Montmorency cherries give this beer a light tart taste that’s immensely quaffable.

London Calling

Imperial Porter

London is calling and it says drink more Duck Foot. And it turns out so do the 2017 San Diego International Beer Festival Judges who awarded the London Calling a gold medal! For this big beer, we took our Chocolate Hazelnut Porter recipe and cranked everything up to 11. Twice the cocoa, twice the hazelnuts and a lot more dark and roasted malts make this a dangerous but delicious drink.

Hazy McBeerFace

West Coast Hazy IPA

Dudes & Dudettes, meet Hazy McBeer Face. Residing in his VW van in Swamis parking lot, McBeer Face prefers everything with a little haze, especially while practicing his slacklining (When there are no waves). McBeer Face is from SD so, yeah, that makes him a West Coast Hazy IPA. Hopped with a ton of El Dorado and Motueka, this juice bomb will deliver the way Hazy McBeer Face intended.

Stout of Your League

Oatmeal Stout

For this specialty beer, we took our Oatmeal Stout and combined it with some delicious java for a toasty, smooth combo. Our brewer and resident cold brew expert Gustavo whipped up some cold brew coffee that combines perfectly with the roasty, chocolatey, oaty goodness that is Stout of Your League. The result is a powerful but smooth drinking experience that’ll satiate both your coffee and beer cravings. Perfect for these slightly below average temperature SD winter nights.
