Choconut Lust — Chocolate Hazelnut Porter

The name of this beer does not mislead. Brewed with Cocoa Nibs and Real Chopped Hazelnut, this is a full bodied, malt forward beer with strong notes of Molasses, Caramel, Brown Sugar, Dark Chocolate and Coconut. A small amount of Cascade hops are added for just enough bitterness to balance out the malt sweetness.

Saison du Canard

One of our most flavorful brews yet, the spicy and fruity character of the Belgian yeast is complemented by restrained additions of coriander and orange peel and topped off with orange blossom honey. Pure Belgian Pilsner malt, rolled oats and flaked wheat make up the malt profile. Look for a hazy pale orange appearance with notes of citrus and black pepper and a dry finish.

Black Leprechaun

Irish Stout

A classic example of this Irish-born, dark but creamy, roasty ale. Notes of chocolate and coffee-with-cream will linger in your mouth, but not for long as the roasted malts in the recipe help dry it out and leave pleasant flavors without any cloying sweetness. This beer is dark, but not at all strong at only 5.2% ABV. Now a 2017 San Diego International Beer Festival Gold Medal Winner!

Secret Spot

West Coast Hazy IPA

This hazy brew is a blend of New Zealand’s Motueka hop and America’s Citra. Like an overcast coastal morning, this IPA pours hazy then beams through with a golden and sunny hop aroma. Notes of melon, passion fruit and lychee mingle with an overall citrusy character.

London Calling

Imperial Porter

London is calling and it says drink more Duck Foot. And it turns out so do the 2017 San Diego International Beer Festival Judges who awarded the London Calling a gold medal! For this big beer, we took our Chocolate Hazelnut Porter recipe and cranked everything up to 11. Twice the cocoa, twice the hazelnuts and a lot more dark and roasted malts make this a dangerous but delicious drink.
